It depends upon your caliber and ability to grasp concepts. If you are a quick learner, 2-3 hours a day would suffice. If you take time to grasp things, give in 4-5 hours. Start with a target. See how much time you take to understand things, then adjust your time accordingly.

Hi Manisha,
The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.

Hello Parvej, I will suggest you to through QS world ranking or Times Higher Education for the best universities. You need to write to the department supervisor if you are willing for a Ph.D. Also, the university must have the particular research area you are interested to work in. Besides France and Germany you may also consider Austria. For IELTS or TOEFL waiver too you must communicate with the department staff, you may get a waiver if your profile and background permits you to do so. All the best!
