The medicals after NDA SSB are called SMB (Special medical Board). This done at the Military Hospitals. Each recommended candidate are required to go through it. The TR/PR candidates get another chance to prove themselves medically fit within 42 days from the medical conference, this is called AMB (Appeal medical Board). This takes place at Command Hospitals. The candidates who are rejected from AMB may or may not get the chance for Review Medical Board (RMB). RMB is not the right of the candidate but is given by reviewing your ailment by senior doctors of Army at the office of DGMS behind North Block, near Rashtrapati Bhavan. It usually takes about a month.

After the NDA results are announced, it typically takes about 10 to 15 days for the Services Selection Board (SSB) to start issuing call letters or notifications. However, the exact timing can vary based on the candidate's batch and the availability of slots at the SSB centers.

1. Result Announcement: UPSC declares the NDA written exam results.
2. SSB Notification: Within two weeks, selected candidates start receiving information via email or through the official joinindianarmy.nic.in, nausena-bharti.nic.in, or afcat.cdac.in portals, depending on their service preference.
3. Reporting Date: The reporting date for the SSB interview can range from a few weeks to a couple of months after the call letter is issued.

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) administers the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) to facilitate admissions to various Symbiosis institutes. This examination serves as the entrance gateway for a range of undergraduate courses, including Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mass Communication, Computer Studies, and Liberal Arts. The exam, held online, lasts for one hour and covers a comprehensive syllabus comprising General English, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills, and General Awareness. With an exam pattern based on Multiple Choice Questions and the absence of negative marking, SET aims to assess candidates for admission into 10 prestigious colleges affiliated with Symbiosis International. The diverse courses offered through SET include BBA, BCA, BA Mass Communication, BA/BSC Liberal Arts, and BSc Eco/Eco (H), providing aspiring students with a wide range of academic opportunities. 

After declaration of NDA exam results, candidates are required to register on the official website of Army, Navy and Air Force. After the completion of this process, they are issued call up letter for SSB interview. Once candidates receive the call letter for interview, they need to report to the allotted SSB as per the date and time. The time it takes to receive the call letter for the SSB (Services Selection Board) interview after the declaration of results can vary depending on the specific organization or branch of the Indian military that you are applying to. However, it is usually around 30 to 40 days. You can contact the organisation or branch directly to inquire about the status of your call letter for interview or any other related information.

Candidates looking to appear for the SET Exam must adhere to the specified eligibility criteria. The fundamental requirement is the successful completion of Class 12 or its equivalent examinations in the relevant streams, recognised by a reputable board or university. It is imperative for candidates to have attained a minimum aggregate of 50%, with a concession of 5% for SC/ST category students. Even those currently in Class 12 or awaiting their results can apply, but they are required to furnish a passing certificate at the time of application. Additionally, individuals who have completed Class 12 or its equivalent from a Foreign Board must secure an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to meet the SET eligibility standards for 2024.

The NDA stands as one of the highly coveted defense examinations in the nation, aimed at choosing individuals for enrollment in courses at the National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy. This examination occurs biannually and is designed to identify qualified male and female candidates. The selection procedure for the NDA exam involves both a written examination and a subsequent SSB interview.

The NDA result, declared online by UPSC, is presented in PDF format, featuring the roll numbers of successful candidates. Following the announcement of the final result, candidates can access their mark sheets.
