JIMMC is an institute initiated by the much reputed Jagran Group and offers diploma/ degree in Animation/ Multimedia. With the details of diploma in animation course affiliated by PTU, there is nothing mentioned about the University affiliation for the B.Sc degree but the same is UGC recognized. I would advise you to contact the institute to inquire about the university for the affiliation status.
However, you can look for this institute as a good option to pursue the mentioned course but you can also consider other institutes as well, and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

Hi,
MIT is one of the toughest universities to get admission in in the US. You need extra ordinary credentials to get admission in this university. Please find below the requirements that you would have to fulfill to get admission in this university:
1) Score atleast 80% and above in class 12th(90+ if you want good chances)
2) Take SAT: Recommended score:2200+ atleast!
3) Take the TOEFL IBT ( minimum score 90+, recommended score 100+)
After you have given the above mentioned tests, you would be eligible to apply to this university.
