HI Shilpa, couldn't find instrumentation and control but you other choice of Automation Engineering is offered by RWTH Aachen.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they
charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
students are allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 days in a year. Also, a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.

Hi Ishita, In the UK, even UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
