If you would like to settle and practice in Singapore, one option is that you study in Singapore and then settle there.
Second option is complete your Masters course from the Russian Federation and get an internationally recognized degree (as per the agreements of the Bologna Convention) and easily settle down and practice in your chosen field in any country of the world (Singapore included)

Hi,
All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) examination is for admission to various under-graduate engineering and architecture courses in institutes.
Whereas, NATA is to take admission to First year of undergraduate course in Architecture (Bachelor of Architecture).
If you wish to enroll in engineering courses you may go for AIEEE exam otherwise NATA for architecture course.

1) To pursue fashion design courses the minimum eligibility is 10+2 with 50% marks.
In the prominent institutes like NIFT, NID, IIFT, Pearl Academy of fashion, J.D Institute, etc admission is strictly on merit- through written test, situation test, group discussion and interview.
