Don't try to be a juggler. Stay in focus. Get into a good journalism and mass comm degree course. But choose a good university to do so. Because some of the teachers themselves can neither write nor speak English correctly. Also, journalism is most fun you can have with your clothes on, goes the famous saying. Manipal, Nitte, Jamia, Osmania are all great. Check the fees and scholarship and decide. Don't let the distance bother you. The salary for a fresher is Rs.15000/- only. So an Institute that asks you to overpay is also overcharging for its own overspending.

Actually it depends upon your physical fitness. However, for an officer you should be better at studies. If you will pass your exam with good marks ( Enterance Not 12 ) then after 1 or 2 years training and you will get chance to appear on officers joint exam.

Hi,
Yes, you may be able to get admission but it would be very challenging and would depend on your rank and academic credentials as 80% seats are filled on the basis of UPTU SEE scores for Uttar Pradesh students while 10% seats are for Uttar Pradesh students with AIEEE rank and another 10% fro non Uttar Pradesh students with AIEEE rank. Also, other states students are not eligible for UPTU SEE.
I suggest you contact the admissions department of your desired college and ask them about it.
Good Luck!
