Rocket - missiles are not made by any single individual. In fact a large dedicated team of scientists, engineers and technicians work for years before a prototype (working model) is produced. Such projects are government funded and are undertaken by DRDO. Secondly, scientists do not make lot of money.
But what i understand from your question is that you would like to be a practical oriented engineer who must have opportunities to make good money. Then for you; best would be to pursue Computer science engineering from some reputed institution like IITs or NITs or at least from BITS or VIT or Manipal. For your goal, two things are important; one is to learn very good coding skill and second is the institute which can give you a launch pad with high initial salary. Now a days top software engineers can earn more than a crore rupees per year after 10 years in industry but that would not be possible for a graduate from a normal private engineering college as Big MNCs like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Adobe etc.who can offer such salaries do not take students from ordinary colleges.

There is no specific qualification required to enter this field. However, better the education the more it helps.
To take up a course in this subject, the basic requirement is 10+2.

Knowledge of playing one or two musical instruments is valuable in composing.
Course areas include music theory, music interpretation, history of music, composing, voice instruction etc.
Music composers often work with

production houses,

Jingle writers can get in through contacts in ad firms and production houses, contacts with directors / producers help to get in film/ television companies.
