For admission in a bachelor's degree, you need to complete 10+2 examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry.The duration for this course is 4 years.For admission in top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs , Bits Pilani, DTU you have to clear JEE (Main) , JEE (Advanced) , BITSAT.

YES, you can join Indian Air Force after completing 12th with PCM group.
You just need to crack NDA Entrance Examination which is conducted by UPSC every year.
NDA=> National Defence Academy
UPSC=> Union Public Service Commission
NDA Entrance held twice a year in the form of NDA(I) & NDA(II) Exam.
