Architecture is a good option to study after 12th. There is a national level entrance exam called NATA which is required to get admission in any of the good colleges that offer architecture. Based on your NATA score, you will get good colleges.
Some private universities like VIT admit architecture students based on NATA score only. There are many other colleges that admit through NATA score.

Hi,
You can study computer science even if you are a commerce group student. But you cannot study B.Tech or BE in computer science because they are engineering degrees. They will be available only in engineering colleges which consider only PCM subjects for admissions. Some better universities conduct entrance exams in which the questions will be from PCM only.
So, you can study only B.Sc computer science or BCA and MCA only but you should have computer science as one of the subjects in your group. Otherwise, you can learn computer science as a course in any coaching center.

MBA in Finance is as rigorous as any other MBA programme. However, since there is extra use of Maths and Statistics, some students may find it tougher than other specializations. I am not quite aware of the community Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore for their MBA programme, but as per my experience, I would like to advise you that MBA at LPU offers an optimum blend of theory and practice to provides a solid foundation in general business management with specializations in the area of choice. The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality

Hi,
I don't think there is a management quota at BITS Pilani. They admit only those who score above 300 in their entrance exam called BITSAT.
There is another chance that if you are a board topper you can get direct admission irrespective of your BITSAT score.
You can try for BITS Pilani, Dubai campus. There you can get admission with only the board exams. They don't conduct any entrance exams. But your BITSAT score is considered for scholarship.
If you have scored 60% in your boards, you are eligible for admission. But the fee structure is around 15 lakhs per annum.
The website for Dubai campus is www.bits-pilani.ac.in/dubai
