It is nearly impossible that you will get any IIIT or GFTIs based on this rank because GFTI take admission on the basis of All India Common Rank list. So, All India Rank for getting any branch in IIIT or GFTI closed around 45-60 thousand.

You can pursue MA Psychology from IGNOU. It's a distance learning program. Eligibility is graduation (any stream) from a recognized University. Program duration : Minimum 2years. and maximum 5 years. Program fees 13000/-
Admission intake - twice a year. (January and June).

Both are the branches are some what same as Like Computer and IT branch. There is little bit difference that in TV engineering there is hardware work and in Sound recording you have some of software part. Best of luck for your future and if any query, feel free to ask.

Yes, there is lateral entry available in GGSIPU. Speaking for B.Tech, diploma or B.Sc holders take direct entry in second year. Entrance test is conducted for admission.

IIHM or any other institution might suggest Formals/ Trouser and Shirt, Tie and Formal Shoes but some uniform colour combination haven't been suggested. Please go for soft and plain colours. I mean no dark or attention catching colours or designs. Wear something that you have tested before so that you feel normal. Remember, formal. You may opt. For a properly ironed White Shirt with a Dark- Black trouser which is generally a uniform as well. Or opt for any other dark Trouser.

For the scholarship, you have to check your results. In that result, it will be mentioned that in which category of the scholarship your results are coming. And one more thing is that scholarship fully depends on the cutoffs that have been set by LPU according to the number of students appearing for the exam.
