IELTS score on Bachelor and Master is 6. The tuition fee is 3500 Euro per year of studies on BA and MA level. Additionally the student is obligated to pay 200 Euro admission fee.

You can take admission for B.Com after doing 12th with minimum 50% marks.

Why do you want to spend such huge amounts for MBA. You can consider doing MBA through Distance Education. And get the Ceritificate which is valid even Outside India.You can finish everything in about 45k only
Consider a good university like Lovely Professional University which also has study centers all over India
