As per your profile, I would suggest you to continue working for atleastone year and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program.
The advantage of this step would be that this work experience of yours would be given weightage during MBA admission.
However please remember you need to have atleast one year of full time work experience after graduation then only your work experience would be given weightage during MBA admission.
