You can do your MBA post BCOM coz the logical extension is either MCOM or MBA. Since MBA is a professional degree so it is definitely advisable. Moreover, It depends upon what things are you looking for. The placement scenario in most of the B-Schools is pathetic. Mahipal for this you need to check with different colleges as every college has a different eligibility criteria. Your percentage is not that good that you can expect a good college in Mumbai.
Other than Mumbai give a try to universities and colleges at other places too as with this percentage you still can hope of admission in some good institutes in other places if not Mumbai.
Good luck.

These days it is Mech.and Civil that is having more scope. Apart from this CSE is an evergreen branch having scope always.
But what is important is your interest and also the reputation of the institute you would be joining for B.Tech.
We have many different branches like ECE, EED, CSE, IT, EEE, Mech., Civil, Mechatronics, Automobile, Biotech, Nanotech, Food tech, Agri.equipments etc. Check the websites of good universities for the branch of your interest.
Good luck.
