MBA will be better for you. As you are already working you can go for distance MBA. For distance education IGNOU is considered as best. All the best !

If you have more than 3 year of work experience then you can go for executive MBA , distance MBA is also good but you can not compare it with regular MBA < if you are working and there is need to have a degree to make improvement in your job then it is beneficial for you
