Hello, specialization depending upon the B.Tech under graduation does not matter much, It's up to a student's decision to take their decision. By the way once you join the course, in second semester you will be aware of every subject in all specializations, like 1st & 2nd semester covers all the three specialization subjects.
So you can decide once you are in second semester.

You can opt for degree courses like B.tech, B.E with specialization in IT or Computer Science or you may also opt for the BCA if you belong to the non-science background.
