According to me both share the same platform, and its your decision where you want to take admission. I am very sorry that I dont have much information about MSRims but as I am a student of Acharya Bangalore B school I would like to tell you that the facilities that we get here are the best. Best faculties, best mentors, the best ever possible Pre placement training, lecture session by Guest faculties, regular industrial visits and many more things that are very necessary for a budding manager like us. So now the ball is in your court take your time and decide where you want to go.

I do not think that a popular stream of CSE will support your score. Best would be to check the cut offs in some more colleges like srm, galgotia and I have heard that lovely professional univ is also giving scholarships, so check the best

After doing MCA in india it is not possible to get job offer and then to apply for visa. you can move there and then you can search for job. As per the caliber of a candidate one may get job in IT company.
After B.Sc if you do MBA there are more chances. one of my frd had taken admission in Lovely professional university in credit transfer course amd he had done 1st year in india and second year in canadian university. You can opt for such option.
