Drawing in civil engineering is not that tough as you think. You can draw line plans, elevations, cross sectional drawings, roof plans etc very easily. No special skill is required in it. Had it been architecture it would have been a bit difficult for you. Now a days computer softwares(AutoCAD) have come in and it has become more easier to draw anything. Even during your service you won't be asked to draw. Architects and Draughtsmen will be there to help you. So in my opinion you should go for Civil Engineering. My best wishes.
