In order to get admission as a fresher following is suggested (a) Very high GRE score (b) Recommendation letter from international reknowned faculty of your graduation college (c) Excellent statement of purpose (d) Rec letter for social service or support / work on social causes.

It requires knowledge of air navigation, interpretation of meteorological reports, operating sophisticated electronic and mechanical controls, leading the aircraft under adverse circumstances, and being a leader to the flight crew and passengers under climatic and other emergency situations.
To become a commercial pilot in India, the minimum eligibility for the course is as follows:
1. You need to complete class 12th with physics and mathematics.
2. Class II Medical (Indian) with fitness

At both countries where Engineering degrees are 4 yrs duration, your minimum spend is INR 20 lakhs per annum. USA has a host of entrance exams like the SATs and the ACTs in addition to the IELTS/TOEFL. For Australia IELTS alone is sufficient. Now you decide. Hope this helps. Thanks.

100 is little low. You don't have good chance to get admission but every time cut off changes so keep hope and fill in the choices accordingly. You might get admission.
