Scope of placements In CSE:
With every business and organisation going digital, the IT sector today is a booming field as compared to other sectors and there is a huge demand of Computer Science engineers and programmers. The demand is so high that IT companies recruit engineers not only from the Computer Science and IT branches, but also from other branches like Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical.
However, engineers who have pursued CSE will have an edge over engineers from other streams because of the knowledge and skills they gather in college. There is a huge scope of placements in CSE. In fact, it has taken the top position in placements as compared to the other fields. Programming involves a lot of innovations and students who love programming and designing or have a creative mind with a good understanding of coding can get into CSE and fit in very easily. CSE offers some of the highest paying jobs not only in India but also outside. There are people who do freelancing and get paid very well. But there are some disadvantages as well as all candidates may not get paid that high an amount but the fun involved in this field and the growth opportunities are what get people fascinated.

It involves jobs in software development, web designing, software testing and much more. Programming in today's world has been stretched even further into other fields like Mechanical and Electronics and hence, its demands have been increasing. The advent of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence too has given a boost to the demand and scope of placements in CSE.
