It majorly depends upto you what you want and what are your preferences. Banasthali Vidyapith is Asia's largest fully residential only women's university. Whereas, if you want to enjoy some freedom along, then Banasthali is not the place for you as they are very strict with their leave guidelines. Faculty of Banasthali is very nice. You will have ample of opportunities, you just need the curiosity to harness them.

What is the support they provide?
My views of the leading institutes:
Legacy: Vajiram
Mediocrity: Chanakya
Mini-Vajiram: Sriram
Heritage: Rau's
Better than Vajiram: ALS
Holistic learning: unique Shiksha

Many students opt for M.Sc. after their B.Sc. This is mostly due to a desire to have higher qualification as just graduation is not valuable. Sometimes it is also due to a desire to go for research out of interest or just to study as one didn't find a good job. After B.Sc. some also opt for M.Sc. with a thought that one can prepare for other competitive exams like civil services, etc. besides pursuing M.Sc.
"So what to study after M.Sc.?" is again a question for those who just moved on to M.Sc. after B.Sc.
Options for what to do after MS/M.Sc include-
Go for PhD.
Go for the industry if you get a placement.
Apply for scientific assistant
