First you will be intimated whether your certificates are verified online or not through a message sent to your submitted mobile number in EAMCET application. If verified you have to pay fee from home itself or internet cafe. If you are not verified then you have to go to the Help centres and get verified. Then you will be given different dates to exercise web options according to your rank. You have to exercise the When options carefully by choosing your interested colleges. After some days the will be announced then you will get tonknow which college you get. Thank you.

Yes, but you might not get the best colleges for B.Com (H). Tbh, chances are really less. It would be better if you focus on other courses. Your percentage is good, you can get courses like English (H), political science Hons, etc.
