In order for law graduates to be appointed as members of the subordinate judiciary, they must pass the PCS (J)-Provincial Civil Service-Judicial Examination, which is the entry-level exam for selected members of the provincial civil service. Each state government appoints its members under the supervision of its high court. The preliminary examination
The Mains examination
An interview
Each state has a different syllabus for the judiciary exam. Broadly speaking, it consists of
Civil law
Criminal Law
Language paper

If you have 1 year of site experience, you shall be eligible for maximum of companies . One cannot be completely accurate, as each company comes with its own set of requirements. Companies such as KPMG, Sellout, EY, they prefer experience. You shall be made aware of the details via the placement committee members, if you are a student already.
As for the maximum and minimum packages, they range from Rs.5 lpa to Rs.18 lpa, in general. For accurate year wise details, I would advise you to go though the placement page in the college website, www.nicmar.ac.in
