Ritu, you can try for admission in private universities. You can not give JEE advance without appearing for JEE Mains.
These days we have so many good private universities too that are imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.

Well it all depends on the student who "studies." Most of the prospective students who join any college think first about the college's reputation and the placement prospects, I suggest you to look at colleges that has strong alumni backing and those that have maximum tie ups. DON'T choose a college just because it is an autonomous college or it is part of a bigger university. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Shweta, Christ University is no doubt a reputed university but Alliance too has made a name for itself for good placements. One of my students did her MBA from Alliance and got placed in Hindustan Lever.
Some of them have gone their MBA from good, private universities like LPU, Amity etc and procured good placements in ICICI, Indigo airlines etc.
Universities like LPU also offer scholarships to meritorious students.

Hi Devanshu,
If you have 1 year of site experience, you shall be eligible for maximum of companies . One cannot be completely accurate, as each company comes with its own set of requirements. Companies such as KPMG, Sellout, EY, they prefer experience. You shall be made aware of the details via the placement committee members, if you are a student already.
As for the maximum and minimum packages, they range from Rs.5 lpa to Rs.18 lpa, in general. For accurate year wise details, I would advise you to go though the placement page in the college website, www.nicmar.ac.in
