The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.

CGC (CEC), Landran is good for placement only. They don't give any practical or technical knowledge regarding your 4 years B.Tech course.
It's like a school where you are required to work like a worker without any salary. Some teachers are good but the majority of teachers only know how to give burden of assignment and yelling on students for attendance and not submitting the assignment.
Practical labs are as wasteful as going to some stranger's wedding ceremony where you can't able to figure out why the hell are you here.
