Dear Nikita,
At Saroj Institute in Lucknow, the placements are good and for CS stream students they are in fact better. Some of the best known companies like IBM, Accenture, Infosys, L & T, etc. recruit their CS students.
Also I would advise you to do some courses in parallel to your CS engineering as they will increase your chances to get a good job, as the placements depend a lot on student's profile too. So opt for some programming & networking / database courses to add value to your profile and stand ahead.

Hi,
Although, you can do MBA through Correspondence along with M.com regular, but you will face problems while giving Examinations as there can be clashes in the exam schedules, also it would be very intense to do both the programs together. If you feel that you can do both the degrees and bring equal amount of success in both then you can go ahead. As far as your career success is concerned, I would say that MBA degree through correspondence will have very little value if you are a fresher, it is generally for those who have good amount of work experience and looking for a degree just to get a designation jump in their current company.
