First you sould clear your HSC exam as without academic qualification professional qualification won't help you much for your career. You can clear your HSC exam from National Open School of Learning. And side by side you can also do some professional course. But you need to specify clearly in which industry you want your career. IGNOU doesn't offer MBA IT. You can apply to Anna University or University of Madras. Both are reputed. Other easier options are PTU, Sikkim Manipal University

You can register yourself online to take SNAP test. The registration dates have not yet published on website. Given below are details of application procedure:
1. Candidates will have to register online for SNAP test at www.snaptest.org .
Candidates need to upload their latest photograph to generate SNAP ID.
2. For different modes of payment, different Payment Advice formats are created. Choose a payment mode and print a Payment Advice form online.
3. Application charges are Rs.1500 and it is non - refundable. You can make your payment either through cash or through demand draft. You can also make your payment by credit card or y
