MBA in finance will have a lot of mathematics, accounts and logical reasoning so if you feel that you have a good hold in these areas you can definetly plan MBA in finance. For preparation, go through books related to finance available in the market. You can pick up some management level finance books as well, to get an idea about the difficulty level.
