In my view as u have one yr experience u opt for job and then, after doing job for some years go for further studies.
As when u gain some more experience by doing job, go for further studies (u can do through distance or part time. Its upon u).
So for better guidance u tell ur interest areas i.e. in which field u did ur B.tech and in further studies what u want to chose

Fee structure is different for almost all the courses. You have posted this query in Science and Engineering section? Many courses providing by universities i.e B.E/B.Tech/B.sc etc.
Engineering courses are little bit costly than B.sc or, M.sc. Around 50 k- 60 k per year, is the course fee of 'Bachelor of Engineering or, Technology'
