You can do your internship in India after completion of MBBS course from Bangladesh. But we suggest the student to do your internship in Bangladesh which will give you a well experience and that will help you in facing MCI screening test for practice in India.
You can practice in India legally but you have to face MCI Screening Test and collect the Permanent Registration Number before practice.

First of all chill off your mind. As you know for staring a career abroad you need to have language proviciency test first. Even though middle east countries and some European countries dont ask for them, i say you better take one. Then You can either go for job or take an another course in abroad which will help you finding a better career.

To pursue B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical engineering :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.
