Hi Pranav,
Once you apply to a school, you will be considered for scholarships. All applicants are considered for scholarships. There is the option of requesting the university for financial aid consideration when you actually submit the form. You may check mark that option. Since scholarships are awarded on merit-basis, they will evaluate your profile and decide if you deserve the financial aid.
