Hi Viren Singh,
You don't have to take GRE and SAT at the same time because SAT is for UG course and GRE is for PG programs, these tests are mainly for USA. So, first you decide what to study and then appear for the exam.

Yes, individuals can get a place at a reputable government medical institution with a NEET score of 560 or higher.

A low score between 500-600 in NEET 2023 can get you admission to some of the top medical colleges in India. Lady Hardinge Medical College (New Delhi), Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College (Ajmer) and NDMC Medical College, Delhi are some of the government medical colleges accepting 500-600 marks in NEET.

If you are keen and interested in arts field, then you should go in that particular field and do BFA and MFA. Eligibility to pursue BFA:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree can be pursued by those candidates who have successfully completed their HSC (10+2) examinations in any stream from a recognised board. - Though there are no entrance test for the Bachelor of Fine Arts course but a few Institutes may conduct these. - Some BFA Institutes may conduct an Aptitude Test as well and on the basis of the test the final decision for admission is made.

The difference as the name suggests is in the mode of study, while regular courses are classroom session courses where the student has to attend classes; distance/ correspondence courses are more about self study where the study material is sent to the student and she/he has to understand and learn it on their own. The prospects of a full time regular course are better than a correspondence or distance learning course.
