But, Kongu Engineering College is a reputed college under Anna University and it is autonomous too.
It is known for its faculty, infrastructure and placements.
Automobile engineering is a highly booming field in India and it is good choice to opt for Kongu Engineering College.
The placements are really good, but it depends on your skills too.

Hi Muhammad, as far as I know Madras University is recognised but you should check the University and UGC website directly. Also different universities have different requirements, some universities don't accept distance education degree.

If you want to study Bachelor's degree, your academic record from 10th to 12th will be checked. Change of board is fine and I don't see any reason why it should have a negative impact on you admission. You must meet the admission requirements importantly, have good grades and take the IELTS.
