Placements - 7/10
Placements are really good. There is not a single day when the Training and Placement office is empty. Once the placement season starts in August, companies offering really good packages keep coming till July end. If you are good at what you like and what the companies demand, you are sure to get a good job. But, this is valid mostly for IT jobs. Very few core companies visit the campus. Hello Keerti,
The lateral entry admissions are generally offered for diploma holders who follow 10+3 pattern.
If you have discontinued your 1st year then you can appear for the entrance exams as you would satisfy most of the eligibility conditions.
So you can go for another college by that way and there is no other way to seek admission directly into a college.

Dear,
Weakness in one branch & strength in other branches of a particular subject is not.
And for math it is true also. But the challenge is to convert your weakness into strength. Integration part of Calculus is not so difficult that you can't manage - and you need not to be hesitant for pursuing B.Tech.in CSE. As you know well, there are two major process for Integration-
1. Method of Substitution and
2. Integration by parts. In addition there are some standard Integrals, where role of memory play the vital role. For overcoming shortfalls you need optimum practice. I think you can manage it if you want sincerely.
Best of luck.
