Kindly elaborate your answer so that you can get the best answer by the shiksha counsellors however if you are interested in doing MCA from UK then let me tell you there is no such MCA course is available in UK you may take admission in MSc in Computer Science or MSc in IT .

To pursue LL.B from a good institute you would require a minimum aggregate of about 45% (varies from one institute to another) and without fulfilling the eligibility criteria you cannot get admission for the Law course. There are only two ways that I can think of here by which you could be eligible to pursue LL.B.
Firstly, you can either opt to go for BA LL.B for which the minimum eligibility is 12th pass and here are many instruments offering this program:

Your GRE score is not competitive its actually low i don't think so you will get the admission on the other hand IELTS score is just to check the english proficiency its nothing related to the GRE and you will not get the admission only on the basis of IELTS.however you may try in these universities for the admission but its not sure whether you will get the admission or not:-

2. University of Siegen,
3. RWTH Aachen University,
4. Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences,
5. University of Duisburg-Essen etc.
