Hi Jaspreet,
It is not advised to pursue distance education as this offers lesser value in all aspects when compared to a regular degree. There are few of the institutes in India offering MBA in Health Care / Hospital Management through distance mode and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

According to me, as fashion designing is a very creative field more then the Institute from where you get your fashion designing degree you need to have the skill set which a fashion designer would require to have.
Fashion designing is a field in which one needs to be artistic and creative, should be able to express his/her ideas in sketches, may not be brilliant artists but must be able to combine colors, shades, and tones should have the flair for playing with fabric and know how to use textiles effectively. Designers need to have visual imagination and the ability to think in multi-dimension to translate into garments what

hi meherab. You are eligible to go for a masters course in the USA as you will complete 12 + 4 (after 2nd sem of MCA) by next intake. you will have to clear GRE(at least 1100) for MS OR for management related subjects a GMAT(a 600 will be a gud score) and a TOEFL( 90 min for ibt) or IELTS(min 6.5) exam. You can't apply for PhD now as you wont complete your masters by next year. Apply for PhD only if you complete MCA. and for PhD Nz is the best country as the cost is very low and benefits are many.
