Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development line or testing line.
Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u.
U can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete).
Now a days LAMP (Linux Apache MySql and PHP) is ultimate option for Web Development.
If ur ans goes to NO for programming then some other line as well for ur career.
If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well. These are International Certification for Admin line.

You are over-aged for forces and in government sector, minimum graduation is required for any post above peon. My suggestion is that you pursue graduation in BCA and follow it up by MBA in marketing, keeping in view your technical background and current job profile. it will be able to give you a reasonable career. Be careful to pursue such degrees are through UGC/AICTE recognized institutions. In case you decide to go for distance learning degrees then in addition they must be DEC approved as well. SMU, PTU, LPU, SCDL etc are some recognized on line education universities. You may Google these names to go to their websites and obtain all information regarding admission, fees, etc.

the MPSC ( Maharashtra Public Service Commission ) conducts an examination similar to the UPSC for the recruitment of Class I and II officers like Dy. Coll., Dy.Sp., STO, Tahsildar, B.D.O. etc. The MPSC also conducts examination for the posts of PSI / STI and ASST. It has an eligibility criteria of only graduates and above being eligible. The Age Limit for the candidates is 33 yrs. The entrance is conducted as prelims, Mains and interview. The prelims consists of objective Type Paper with general studies paper. The main exam consists of Lon answer type paper which includes English,Marathi ,General Studies and optional subject.Those selected are called for an interview for the final selection.You may choose the option of self study or plan on taking coaching classes.
