Dear Aspirant, For you to get an entry into the Masters level program, the minimum requirement in IELTS or any similar English Language Test is 6.5 bands in most of the universities. Although some of the universities would accept 6.0, but it would be after a basic test of your English from the University's side. The college fees of maximum colleges are same. Better to go for entrance test of engineering and got a good rank and choose a govt college (Generally govt college have the lowest fee ) for degree, If possible take the Loan for degree and if you palaces in good company you will clear all expenditure withing 2-3 yrs.

Have you completed one year in BE ? If not , then it is advisable to leave Engineering stream and go for a degree in History. If more than one year has been spent in studying BE course, then it is better to continue , from a job point of view.However, it is NOT advisable to go for two different streams simultaneously.Then, you can do a PRIVATE STUDY of history for self-development.

Educational qualification eligibility: There are only two basic educational eligibility criteria for the West Bengal Civil Service Exams (Executive) - a degree of a recognized University and the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.

hello there, as ankeet said that admissions are vary from university and they have there own deaines so my suggestion is preapre for gre and write an exam in jan if the marks are fine it is well good if you need to write again you have some time to preapre again and attend the exam in march after that with that score select the univerisity then contact with the univeristy officials threw mails defenetly they can respond to your mails . all the best

Hi,
1. If you are interested in quantitative analytical jobs, and are interested in statistical analysis, then learn SAS.
If you are not so mathematically, and statistically oriented, and would rather be doing jobs such as project management, business analyst, then go for SAP.
2. I would say that SAS is more about statistics and is a reporting tool/language. SAP on the other hand is does just about everything from Human Resources to Accounting and splits Accounting into General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable (Finance in SAP speak) and stock control (Logistics in SAP speak).
