Hello
You should take Admission in Diploma in Computer Engineering if you have interest of becoming computer engineer but then also you need to have BE Degree for better career and if you just have interest in software Field then do 10+2 with mathematics and then BCA then do MCA all things are step by step to become software engineer
only on 10th Basis you will not get opportunities in Software Field You need to be atleast Graduate for a good career so if you have interest in Softwares then do 10+2 right now for mean time you should do basic computer certification course then BCA+MCA

Yes without any doubt, If any university/institution objects in taking admission of a NIOS passed students then it is directly challenging the Ministry of Human Resource and development, government of India as the NIOS is passed through a resolution (No. F.5-24/90 Sch.3 dated 14 September 1990 published in the Gazette of India on 20 October 1990).

For admission you will have to appear for an online Banking Aptitude Test followed by a telephonic interview.
