If you want to do Psychology course after 12th then there is no need to study PCB in 12th. You can also study arts or commerce and maths is not necessary if you want to pursue psychology course.
Psychology course is a combination of Social Science and Statistics. It's better if you study arts you will be able to relate to it at the graduation level.
You can do Psychology Hons at graduation level and after graduation, one can opt for an MA or MSc in Psychology, Social work or Counseling.
I hope this answers your query.

As you have good experience in Technical field, you should go for an MBA in finance programme. This way you will be able to get a profile in finance and later you can CFA or IFRS to add more value to your profile.
You can do an MBA course offered by ICICI Bank who only takes Btech for their 2 year MBA programme which is regular.
Otherwise you can do a similar course from many other institutes.
