NIFT eligibility criteria 2019 for B.Des (Fashion Design/Leather Design/Accessory Design/Textile Design/Knitwear Design/Fashion Communication)
Class 12 exam from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education/State Board New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi or any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in foreign countries that is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system or General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level/International Baccalaureate (IB) or a pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination held by the National Open School with at least five subjects or 3 or 4-years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

Unfortunately, No. You cannot directly enroll in the second year, because the university rules dictate that the student registration needs to be done in the final year, only unless you have studied in the same university for the same program just someplace else. So, you have to enroll for a 3 year B.Sc program and do it from first year. However, if you want, then you can also enroll for a PG (NOT M.Sc) course, which would be basically advance of the knowledge that you already have and as it is, experience and knowledge is what counts in this field, so that can also be a good option. Also, you can enroll in the SY of PCC (Certification Course) instead of a degree program.

Failure is always a beautiful stepping stone for the unimaginable future. I would give you my own opinion, I failed in tenth thinking everything ended and eventually things changed after 3 repeats in the failed subject. I went to score distinction in 2nd PU and an author and luckily a good degree in my hand. See opportunities are ocean you just need to put the right NET and catch the right one. You will have many opportunities just choose the one which will give you life. Never do things that you don't like, every time you do something you never liked will always make you regret. Always be strong with your decisions and your future will automatically be the brightest one.

In India, getting admission in engineering colleges, particularly in government colleges or private colleges aided by the government is restricted to the students of that state only. It is next to impossible to get admission in such colleges for students who are not domicile of that state. You have said that you belong to Telangana and desirous of getting admission in a college in Bangalore.
Well, it is possible because Bangalore has many private unaided colleges or deemed university status colleges. But here you will have approach them individually for getting lateral admission. You will not get admission in any government or government aided college in Karnataka all Bangalore. For this you have to apply only to the colleges in Telangana.
