If you want job, then you can apply online there are various companies that hire freshers for the job at low salary but once you get a job and an experience of at least one year then you can easily grab job of 10-12 LPA.

Course wise, there is not much difference but PGDM is a Diploma which will give you a Diploma in HR, it's NOT a degree while MBA will give you a proper degree on completion.

Unfortunately, No. You cannot directly enroll in the second year, because the university rules dictate that the student registration needs to be done in the final year, only unless you have studied in the same university for the same program just someplace else. So, you have to enroll for a 3 year B.Sc program and do it from first year. Failure is always a beautiful stepping stone for the unimaginable future. The Heritage Academy, East Calcutta Township, Kolkata offer B.Sc. Media Science. It is a full time 3 years course and total fee amount is around Rs. 3 to Rs. 3.5 Lacs. Besides mentioned fee, the students also need to pay caution deposit (One time, refundable) - Rs. 10000 and this campus is affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. This campus takes only 60 admission in this course. You must have passed 12th for admission in same course and student have to clear CET exam of that campus.

In India, getting admission in engineering colleges, particularly in government colleges or private colleges aided by the government is restricted to the students of that state only. It is next to impossible to get admission in such colleges for students who are not domicile of that state.
