Medical Coding is too good to go for. But, the only challenge is that, it is very hard to clear the paper. In the examination, you are allowed to keep any book that can help you get through the paper in 3 hour's time still hard to figure out the code for right diagnosis. There are ample opportunities for the profession in India, once you are certified as a medial coder. Minimum starting salary can be easily start from 60k can extend to over a Lacs in good healthcare organization.
