Hi,
10 marks don't really matter but should be above 50% atleast.
In class 12th, it would be recommended to have marks over 75%.
In bachelors, you would need atleast 75% and above to pursue your studies from a good university.
Also, if you are targeting an engineering related masters degree, you would be required to take the GRE and score above 1200 atleast.
There is 1 test which you would be required to take i.e. TOEFL. You would be required to score above 90 in this test.
