To do a program in Architecture you need to have a Science background with Physics, Chemistry & Math. So if you are from Science background you can go for a diploma or a bachelors program in architecture. However, there are not many Institutes which give part time of correspondence programs in this stream as it is a stream which involves a lot of practical exposure. One of the institutes providing part time program is JNTU Hyderabad.

Yes, the preference is always given to the students who do a regular degree program. However, if you have an excellent academic records and your profile stands out amongst the other M.Phil prospective students then the chances are that you may get admission in a good college.

Application for admission AY 2011/2012 opens in October 2010. There are two rounds of application submissions:- Round 1 -01 Oct 2010 - 31 Dec 2010, Round 2- 01 Jan 2011 - 31 Mar 2011
