You GRE score is not enough ideally above 1200 is required however with this score you can apply in German Universities , these are the universities where you can try for the MS program in Biotech:- RWTH Aachen, Universitt Freiburg , Universitt Wrzburg, FH Darmstadt, University of Bonn. Also University might ask for the TOEFL or IELTS score as well if program is taught in English else test DaF is required to prove the German language proficiency

The tuition fees for international students is AU$ 9,800.00 also You could be eligible for an Australian Government subsidised place if you meet the specific requirements. Regarding education loan you can get it from any of the nationalized banks once you get the admission in the program and yes there is a facility to repay the amount after finishing the course and your instalments will begin after 6 months from the completion of the course. Part time jobs are available and you are allowed to work 20 hrs/ week and full time in vacations.
