* Eligibility Criteria for B.E / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- Your age must be between 17-23 years.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.
* Some of the colleges offering B.Tech are :
-College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG)
-Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU)
-Delhi Technological University
-Loyola College
-Stella Maris College
-Fergusson College

Yes it is a graduation but not a degree. Doesn't make much difference in long run. Expertise and skills matter. However degrees make difference mostly in case of academic career. Your qualification is adequate.
