To become a lawyer, you need to pursue LLB. There are top 14 National law colleges which give admission based on CLAT exam score. You need to apply for appearing in CLAT. I am giving some information:-
About CLAT: The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination conducted on rotation by the fourteen National Law Universities (NLU) for admission to their Under graduate and Post graduate programmes (LL.B & LL.M).

CLAT 2014 UG Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible to appear in CLAT-2014, a candidate should have obtained a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2014 (22 years in case of SC and ST candidates). Candidates who are appearing or have appeared in the 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test. However, such candidates are required to have passed the qualifying examination at the time of their admission and must be able to submit proofs in support of their claims. (Subject to State reservation at the University concerned.)
Pattern of CLAT 2014 UG paper:
Duration of the examination – 2 hours
Total number of MCQ of one mark each – 200
Total marks for CLAT 2014 UG – 200
There shall be a system of Negative Marking wherein 0.25 marks will be deducted for each of the wrong answers to multiple choice questions.
In the event of equal marks scored by two or more candidates in the CLAT 2014, the tie will be broken by the following procedure and order:
1. Higher marks in the section of Legal aptitude in CLAT 2014.
2. Higher age
3. Computerized draw of lots.

Well I can suggest you:-
*You must do your research thoroughly about what you kind of venture you are planing for and if there is a demand for it. An easier way to analyse this is do something like a SWOT analysis.
*Make sure you make a business plan that will tell you accurately how much things are going to cost and also your running costs. Also allow some for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
*Study your competition, both the ones that are not doing so well as well as the ones that are. Go there and dine to get a feeling of what makes them good or bad. Also watch how customers are taking to it and their reactions. Are they regular? Do they seem comfortable eating and ordering the food. This competition analysis will tell you so much you will be surprised.
*To be successful, give the customers not what you want rather what they want.
As far as your education is concerned, I would say you can open up some training institute that offers computer courses or may be a computer workshop. You can plan according to your interest.
MBA is highly advisable as that will help you with A-Z of running a business venture.
