You can join after your graduation only. For NDA IAF you need to have PCM in class 12th. After graduation, you can apply for different entries such as AFCAT CDSE, NCC ENTRY.

A student has the choice of appearing in both the examination with score of best of the two taken into consideration for deciding your percentile as well as the ranking.
