The GATE exam consists of a single paper of 3 hours duration which contains 65 questions carrying a maximum of 100 marks. The question paper will consist of only objective questions. For multiple choice type questions, each question will have four choices for the answer. For numerical answer type questions, each question will have a number as the answer. For getting a good percentile you need to have through knowledge of the subject that you prepare. By the term through knowledge I mean that you must know the most correct answer. Guess work wont do. It is better not to attempt a question about which you have doubt. The best method of preparing would be to give as many mock tests as possible and keep noting your speed of giving answers. Then find out your speed of giving right answers. You have time with you still before you will give GATE. So start your preparations gradually and be foccussed.

Part time MBA is done through attending evening classes ( or classes at any convenient date & time for a bunch of students). It is generally for 2 to 4 hours and hence the normal 2 year MBA course gets completed only in 3 years time. Executive MBA is generally a one year course meant for Executives of an organization who either have taken permission / leave from their organization to complete the course or else have been sponsored by their organizations for the one year course.
