As you are interested in Sophia College for Women, I would like to inform you that the college provides only Bachelors degree in Mass Media and as you being in the final year of your graduation will not be suitable for you.
If you are very much interested in Mass Comm then I would suggest you to pursue a PG level course and that to from a good reputed institute.
Media is a very broad term and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, etc. So you have a lot of options to choose from in media itself.

Most of the reputed institutes conduct their own entrance exams for admission, the entrance basically consists of questions related to GK, general awareness, comprehension etc.
