To be able to pursue MBA along with your job, there are only two options available; one is the Executive MBA, which is a course designed for the working professional with a minimum experience of 2-3 years depending on the institutes' requirement.

As you are interested in Sophia College for Women, I would like to inform you that the college provides only Bachelors degree in Mass Media and as you being in the final year of your graduation will not be suitable for you.
If you are very much interested in Mass Comm then I would suggest you to pursue a PG level course and that to from a good reputed institute.
Media is a very broad term and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, etc. So you have a lot of options to choose from in media itself.
