The opinion may vary from person to person according to me, as you are still in the early stages of establishing your career, you should opt for a regular MBA, Firstly because Full time MBA gives you a great practical exposure which develops your overall skills and personality, apart from this as full time MBA has a good standing in the job market it gives you much better job opportunities than any part time or distance education MBA.
