I would say that it is not compulsory to do courses for getting employed. You should be confident and more responsive to the interviewers. Since, you are a B.Tech in ECE, I would suggest you to find courses on VLSI from institutes in Bhopal like ICCI Computer Academy, SVR Technologies, Spark Global IT-Online Training.

My dear Now a days These Specialized Degrees are also not giving top quality job. Through Degree now a days u will not get practical knowledge which is going on in industry. Degree's are having their old tradition ed Theory based paper that can be clear by Rutta Fication. Industry Wants Specialized Professionals with Practical Knowledge.

To take admission in MBBS :
** You must have passed 12th class in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English) with minimum 60% .
** You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
** There are number of recognized colleges all over India which admit students based on the entrance exam. Admission to MBBS is based on the marks gained in the entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC and many more.
